Questions & Answers

  • How large are the groups usually?

The size of the groups will be approximately 20 to 30 people.

  • Can I take the tour in a small group?

Of course you can! Simply request a private tour when you complete your reservation.
  • Is the tour adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Iguaçu National Park is wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair, it is advisable to travel with a companion to help you navigate the trails. Navigation is not suitable for wheelchair users.
  • Is the tour physically demanding?

The walking tour of the falls has minimal physical demands. The trails are flat and you have enough rest time to make it a relaxing day.
  • What is the best time to go to Iguazu Falls?

Any time is a good time to visit the falls. Keep in mind that Iguazu's climate is subtropical, and in summer (December to March) temperatures can be somewhat high. If you want to avoid crowds of tourists, it is better not to go in July and August. The best months to go are March, April and May, because the temperature is more pleasant and the park is quieter.
  • Why is the excursion on the Argentine side longer than on the Brazilian side?

The excursion on the Argentine side is longer because 80% of the falls of the Iguazu Falls are on the Argentine side. Therefore, the Argentinean park is larger than the Brazilian park.
  • So, is it better to go on the Brazilian side or the Argentine side?

Both sides are beautiful and different from each other. A popular saying goes that if the falls were a show, on the Argentine side is the stage and on the Brazilian side is the privileged stalls. The Argentine side is bigger and the walkways are over the falls, while the Brazilian side gives you incredible panoramic views.

The order we recommend is to do a tour on the Brazilian side first, and then do it on the Argentine side.

  • Why do you recommend the waterfall tour from the Brazilian side?

For many reasons. You will wait for the transport in the comfort of your hotel, without being cold, hot or worried. You will be accompanied by a local guide, who will show you how to observe the jungle from a different perspective. He will also take you to the most interesting corners of the park at the most convenient times. The Brazilian side has the best panoramic views, and this tour is the best way to get to know it.
