Fantastic trip that was the perfect pace and duration for our family (2 parents, 8yo & 14yo). The guide and driver were friendly, easygoing, and very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to provide a good experience, including impromptu spots to take advantage of wildlife sitings. They communicated ahead of time about pickup/transit arrangements. I can't imagine a better 1-day tour of the park.

Fantastic!  Our guide, Pancho was so knowledgeable in all areas that were of such interest to us.  He knew the history, the fauna, the flora, & all about climbing the parks peaks.  He had maps & photographs to share with us & we feel like we had a full experience to learn about your beautiful park & caves.  Roberto was a very experienced driver & was really good at spotting wildlife & stopping to let us view & take photos!  I highly recommend taking a private tour or small group tour as the other vans were packed in.  It was a fantastic experience!!!

Everything was excellent, guide and driver. I have only one complaint - we, people from Europe are pretty high and with our backpack there was little room for legs so it was a little tiring driving all day.

Unfortunately, the group was mainly made up of elderly people who were bothered by the wind, the cold, the sun, walking to see... in short, everything for which, due to the windy day, little was done and he ran up and down from the bus. Only stopping at the bar and/or restaurant was fine!.

Highly recommended tour with, super cool guide Andres, informing us on pickup times, clear explanation in english of the areas visited and history all together.

Very nice tour covering a lot of the highlights in the region. Since we only had one day in Puerto Natales this was the perfect choice for us. Personal attention by Sebastian. He was always there to take pictures from us. Miguel Angel as our driver stayed always alert, avoiding the many pot-wholes as much as possible. Thanks for a great day.

Magda and Miguel did the best they could under the circumstances related to the weather. We did not see the Torres, but they did "innovate" and search for suitable alternatives. They asked if we would all like to go in search of pumas and we all agreed - and were rewarded! We saw three puma cubs. We are grateful for the quick thinking and flexibility of Magda and Miguel. Magda shared a lot of interesting and useful local information as we went along. The Milodon Cave was also very spectacular.

The tour guides are amazing and will do anything to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying the trip, great English skills too

We had an absolutely amazing day on our private tour (only way to go) of Torres del Paine. Our guide Ramiro was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better driver (Hector). Ramiro was very personable, fun, extremely knowledgeable, passionate and a great communicator! The weather was perfect. The scenery was absolutely stunning! We saw so many native animals, except a Puma (maybe next time) and birds (Condors, Ostrich, Eagles, Vulures, etc) including a Condor kill.

Our guide Ramiro was excellent. Very passionate about the park.

This was the best tour we booked in South America. Great locations and beauty on this trip but we feel it was made by how fantastic our local guide Ramiro was and our lovely driver whom I unfortunately forget his name. Ramiro was a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the area speaking both fluent English and Spanish for those on the trip. He literally knew the answer to everything and was so quick to spot animals in the park and stop to show us. We  had one of the greatest days of our trip due to Ramiro and our driver.

The driver Miguelangel and our guide Magda are fabolous! Both are very nice persons, Magda is a very talented guide.

The tour guide reached out via WhatsApp to confirm the pick time. The van came right on time and the team (driver Roberto, tour guide Daniel and tour guide assistance Bastian) was welcoming. Our tour guide Daniel was friendly and approachable and made us feel welcome to ask any questions. The drive was smooth despite the rough terrain and we all felt very safe. Of course, the explanation of the landscapes and the historical facts shared during the tour was intriguing and kept us entertained.

We had Fabian as our guide. It was one of the most awesome experiences ever. He knew the answers to every single question we had! And we had many questions. We enjoyed seeing all of the animals- even a puma! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Patagonia. It is a perfect introduction to everything in the area.

Our driver Roberto was very nice and the trip very smooth. Our guide Daniel was a great source of information, and he made sure everyone was confortable at all times.
The tour does not require any special equipment other than weather appropriate clothing and it does not require much efforts.

Excellent and thorough tour of Torres del Paine! We were shown many great spots in the park and were provided ample time to take in the scenery. The Milodon Cave was a great bonus stop and is also definitely worth checking out! An excellent tour for those looking for something without much walking that still gives a great overview of the park. Our tour guide Daniel C was a treasure, providing scientific facts and historical context throughout the trip while making sure everyone felt safe, included and informed. Three cheers for Howlanders! Camilla and our driver were great. Unfortunately the centre of the Torres del Paine park was closed when we arrived but they did everything possible to show us what they could do. Thank you for a great experience

Torres de Paines day tour was fantastic, Nico was a great guide. Had around 7 stops for viewing, also a lovely place on a lake for lunch. We were blessed with amazing weather so wonderful views. Ok for any ability, a small walk towards then end which you can skip.

Absolutely fantastic experience- saw beautiful lakes, the 'towers', waterfalls. We were lucky to have Daniel as a guide and he was fantastic - enthusiastic and passionate about Chilean Patagonia- the animals, fauna, the geography- all fantastic. He was great at speaking in both Spanish and then English and answered all questions well. Driver was excellent. Could not have been happier with the day! Picked us up at our hotel as advised on booking, and offered to return us to our hotel or to centre of town- our preference. I would recommend purchasing National Park tickets online prior to the tour as they had expected us to have done this. I felt the explanation online when booking was that it was no problem to do on the day of the tour for cash. This was not the case. We had to purchase tickets via credit card ( all in Spanish) at the site and I felt we slowed things down doing this. Options were for < 3 days or > 3 days tickets to National Park.  Get them before you go. Miloden cave interesting too. I was under the impression that we had a 1 hour, 5km walk but this do not happen. We did do a 10 min walk to a waterfall and return but there was very limited walking.

Tuvimos la suerte de realizarlo con el guía Daniel y el conductor Jaime. Ha sido una experiencia única e inolvidable. Daniel uno de los mejores guías que he tenido en mucho tiempo, se le notaba la vocación por enseñar todo lo que sabe y no había duda o comentario que quedase sin resolver, y todo esto siempre con una sonrisa y un buen humor que nos trasmitió a todo el grupo.

Tour estupendo para visitar los principales miradores del parque. El guía y conductor muy amables y proveen mucha información del parque, geología del lugar, flora, fauna, etc.

--communication from Howlanders was inaccurate:
1. told us to bring passport and PDI--- NOT needed
2. told us to bring food since there was nowhere to get it:
--our FIRST stop prior to going in the park was a convenience/souvenir store
--lunch stop --FULL serve restaurant with hot meals/snacks

Wonderful tour. Our guide Max was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable. His English is excellent, which for me and my wife was not a real issue since we are bilingual .  We were blessed with great weather. Jaime our driver was excellent as well. We got a flat tire on the way to Cueva del Milodon. Jaime and Max got it taken care off within 25 minutes, and we were able to complete the tour. Highly recommend this tour as a great overview of Torres del Paine Park.

Good overall view of the park. Our guide Max was outstanding. He provided interesting information in an energetic and upbeat way. He really made the tour a pleasure.

Very well prepared and Interesting explanations by our guide Nico, from W circuit Paragonia. Amazing views on all stops we did for the highlights of the park. We loved the whole experience, looking forward to come back with more time to be able to explore further.

The tour was exceptional.  Both driver and Nico were very welcoming and professional.  The overall pace of the tour was great.  We saw so many animals the driver was like a safari guide pointing out animals and stopping when safe to do so.  Nico is a gem, he deserves a raise.  What a kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young man.  He made the trip even better.

Full day tour was excellent!!! Highly recommend. Niko was our Tour Guide and Roberto was our driver. It was an absolutely perfect day. We saw all the highlights of the park and then some. Niko is very knowledgeable, steaks very good English, and has delightful bright personality. Very enthusiastic.

Our family (along with our toddler daughter) opted to take a 9ish hour tour with WCircuit which focused on stops outside and inside Torres del Paine National Park. At 730am we joined our tour guide Claudia and driver Roberto for their full day tour. Of course the park was outstanding, but what astonished us more was Claudia’s wide array of information (anthropological, geographical, biological, and more) coupled with Roberto’s safe maneuvering through the Chilean countryside. This skilled duo enabled us to fully enjoy the scenery and companionship of our fellow travelers. For example, the tour has many picturesque stops throughout the day that helped break up the long driving times. These stops, contextually filled with Claudia’s deep knowledge of the region, led to many experiences we would not have otherwise had on our own. Additionally, we saw large groups of Guanaco and flamingos, watched condors and eagles soar above, and both Claudia and Roberto’s excitement to have a Puma sighting meant we were constantly on puma patrol. Claudia said she typically has good puma luck but they must have all been having a spa day; we weren’t too bummed we didn’t see any since this gave us another reason to come back in the future! Furthermore, we enjoyed how friendly, conversational and funny our tour guides were throughout the day. There is nothing that sets a better tone for a day-long trip then having Claudia and Roberto joking together like old friends and extending that warmth to all the passengers. Claudia has beautifully infectious laughter and such a kind spirit. Her approach to teaching us about Patagonia came from one who loves the area and wanted us to fall in love with it as well. She was also very sweet and accommodating with our toddler. 

Only one recommendation: bring your own lunch - the cafe offers a variety of drinks/snacks/food but most of your time may be used up waiting to receive your meal. We packed pizza that we purchased the night prior which hit the spot. 

Overall, we would 10/10 recommend this trip to all who come to Patagonia. In fact, we would even rebook the same tour again with friends/family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that we will never forget (and our toddler will only remember with the incredible photos we took!)

The tour guide sent us a message on the previous day informing us what time will we be picked up and what are the things we need to be prepared with. We got another text 5 minutes before the pickup letting us know. Our tour guide Yann was outstanding. He was very friendly and did the tour in both English and Spanish. He kept us updated on the next stops and bathroom breaks. He gave a lot of breaks for taking pictures. He took some good pictures as well. All in all the tour company W Circuit Patagonia was really a wonderful company.

The tour was great with an excellent bilingual guide and driver. The sights in Torres del Paine speak for themselves but the guide set this tour apart and made sure that each and every person in our small group understood and gave very in depth explanations and recommendations.

Very great driver and knowledgeable guide! Thanks a lot for such a wonderful time and being patient with us on the entire journey. Will surely suggest to anyone else visiting Patagonia!

Fue muy entretenido, con otros pasajeros de muchas nacionalidades, con los cuales conversamos y nos reímos. 
El guía nos entrego muy buena información sobre los lagos y lagunas, las Torres del Paine, glaciares de la zona, como se formó la Cueva del Milodon y aparecieron en la Región estos y luego como llegaron los primeros habitantes humanos.

A well conducted tour with Natalie and driver on the front seat. Her English is clear and fluent. View points and wildlife sighting were excellent. The itinerary and time were well managed throughout the day. My party of 6 only have good words for the tour.

punctual agency in the transition to the hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Detailed and clear explanations without tiring too much but leaving time to look and photograph. Unfortunately, the strong wind has changed the times of stops and walks and in addition some elderly customers limited any activity even more. Overall, however, it's a positive thing. Maybe it wasn't the right tour for me but more for advanced or lazy ages.....

Good program and friendly, informative guide. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and didn't get to see much. The day ended early, without a single glimpse of the towers

i believe I would be entitled to get a full refund for this tour. Despite the wonderful opportunity of visiting Torres del Paine Park, a place I would strongly recommend anyone to go, our tour was distant from what was stated in the website description. For starters, there was no mini-bus to take us in the Tour, but a Chinese JAC minivan in which the 8 passengers were uncomfortably squeezed during the long full-day trip. It’s worth to mention that we noticed several other groups making the same tour in larger vans or mini-bus, including from the company providing the tour to us, W Circuit. Secondly, the tour itinerary was not completed and lacked the walk and views of the Lake Grey glacier. Half of our group, or 4 persons, had a different itinerary that included a lunch in a hotel in the park and the activities of the other half of the group, including us, had to be accommodated around this lunch event. We feel that a lot of time was spent in the morning, stopping in places not even mentioned in the tour itinerary stated in Howlanders website , in order to meet the schedule for the 4 guests with the lunch reservation. A little time was left to complete the tour. In summary, we were quite disappointed as it will be quite difficult to return to Torres del Paine for another visit and felt used by the local tour company. The guide and driver were quite nice during the tour and I could not criticize them for a decision that was probably made by the company to join passengers with different itineraries and using a small and uncomfortable mini-van. Not recommending the tour with this company to anybody, although visiting Torres del Paine Park is still a great experience.

Is the end of de world, steppe and steppe, but when you enter to the Reserve. .. fences disappear, and you could feel how the world was... and see de mountains ... sharp by de wind.

The local personnel was very accommodating. I lost the Saturday tour because our arrival at the port was delayed because of bad weather conditions. They took us the next day. 
The responses to my questions were slow and a little confusing. 
Nevertheless, the experience in Torres del Paine was awesome. Thank you. 

The tour guide will need to take into account needs and feelings of tour participants. Should learn how to speak a bit softly (rather than in high pitches, with microphone tied to the mouth), more friendly and more respectfully.

Natu is the most amazing guide I ve ever met. And I mean it. Her immense passion for what she does, for the nature, for life is so inspiring. This tour was more than just a tour - was a wholesome experience full of positive vibes.
I got to see pumas crossing our road, beautiful sights in sunny weather and have a great day despite the fact that I was so ill with a  bad cold.

It was very bad since the service was contracted so that the tour is in English and Spanish. Which did not happen due to this it was not possible to enjoy 100% of the purchased tour

La experiencia fue muy buena, los paisajes espectaculares, la guía una genia y el chofer muy bueno. El vehículo no estaba de acuerdo al resto, muy ajustado, ruidoso y poco confortable.

Experiencia excelente y no solamente por la belleza del recorrido, sino y sobre todo por la profesionalidad de su guía (Vicente) que nos fue ilustrando todo el tour con múltiples y variadas informaciones.

El tour es muy completo.  El guía Pablo es excepcional, conoce de todo y hace el tour muy agradable.   Sólo diría que en su página ponen que el tour sale a las 8 am y no es cierto, empiezan a recoger una hora antes, así que no da tiempo a desayunar.  También pone su página que lleven su comida porque no hay opciones de comer durante el tour y no es así.  Se para en un restaurante para el que quiera comer.   Por lo demás es una gran experiencia y oportunidad de conocer en un día lo más importante de este maravilloso lugar.

Puntual, siempre muy amable y con muchos conocimientos del parque y su naturaleza. Muy buena tour pese a la huelga de los guardaparques. Chófer muy profesional y atento - igual que el guía.

Inspite of the park ranger strike, our tour guide, Carolina, did her very best to give us a great highlights tour of the Torres del Paine park and surrounding areasAppreciate all the effort in making a sudden and difficult  situation enjoyable for the clients 

Due to the strike of staff in the national park, the tour needed to be adapted. I liked that we did a trip to the national park anyway. The park is really beautiful. The guides were friendly and shared a lot of information.

Torres del Paine is an amazing, beautiful place. We were very fortunate to have a wonderful day with warm temperatures and clear skies that allowed complete visibility of mountains and lakes. An unforgettable view!
However, the vehicle used to transport the tourist was inadequate for a day long trip. It was small, uncomfortable seats, unsuitable for many passengers. Additionally it was a rather warm day and the vehicle was hot without ventilation or AC.
The tour guide was pleasant but her knowledge base rather limited with poor English language skills.

I loved the tour. The timing and the various stops along the trip were excellent and provided a good idea of the national park as well as the huge Milodon cave.

The driver was good, the van was comfortable and the guide excellent (very knowledgeable and interesting). The group was quite homogeneous (10 people) which certainly made the experience even better.

There was not much walking as the van drove close to all the attractions and view points. There was enough time to enjoy the scenery and, as mentioned, quite a few stops along the road to get a very good idea of the park and take a lot of wonderful pictures :D

Actually, as the entrance to the national park is good for 3 days, I came back to the park the next day, using one of the many buses/companies and hiked a part which I had spotted during the full day tour booked with Howlanders. A different experience of course but there too, the day tour was key to make that possible.

Further I can only praise Howlanders. Due to a flight cancelation I was unable to attend the day tour I had initially booked and was out of the 48 hours time window to rebook with no fee... but Howlanders provided full suport and rebooked me for the next day at no cost and without any complication.

A tour worth taking to see the beauty of TDP
Feels great to knock this off my bucket list. One of the best views I've seen without any hiking involved. Safe driver and great guide!

Hermoso viaje de todo el dia ...vale totalmente la pena, nos toco un conductor y guia muy bueno, lindas vistas, nos toco un dia maravilloso, recorrimos el paine de diferentes puntos fianlmente pude saber a que se referian con los cuernos del paine y las torres del paine y el macizo del Paine,pudimos almorzar de manera opcional en el hotel Grey exquisita la comida a su vez tiene una vista panoramica muy bonita del glacial Grey

Enjoyed a fantastic day exploring Torres del Paine with Francesca with the Grey Glacier viewed from the lake a definite highlight. The magnificent landscape was the constant backdrop and our guide was knowledgeable and helpful even producing a much appreciated flask of hot coffee from her backpack.

Anna was a fantastic guide. She always remembered to translate to English for a very personal service. She was so kind to the disabled passenger and stayed with her during her break to help her. The trip itself was amazing! We saw so much beauty and every stop was momentous. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Extreme interesting excursion, a highlight in our trip. We enjoyed the glacier enormously.
In fact we would have liked it if the boat should have been even closer to the glacier.

Mattias was awesome. Very knowledgable and friendly. He kept everything running smoothly and on time.

I enjoyed the tour. They take you to many spots in the park and they don't stress out about time. The only issue is that many vans are there at the same time. It would be great if they rearrange the route so you don't get to clash with many people at each spot.
