Good things... the scenery is simply stunning,  the walking and paths excellent and everyone you encounter will be so friendly. The evening meals mostly good
Bad things...the lunch/ sandwiches could really be improved, but ample amount of food.  And please could we feedback that it is not necessary to have music especially at 5.30am!

Superb trek in a stunning part of the world. The tents and food provided were very good.

Everything went just perfect. All elements of the trip - bus transfers, park entry, lodging, meals - was very well organized. Fortunately, we did have to find out what the experience was like if we had a missed flight, injury, weather related hike delay, etc. so can't speak to that. I was very happy and would recommend or use again.

What a great experience to do the O-circuit. The views were amazing and the trails were beautiful. We slept in the refugio's were we had breakfast and dinner. The staff was nice and friendly. I recommand this trail to everybody who likes a challenge

What we loved: 
- The hike was amazing, and we are happy we chose the O-Circuit instead of the W-Circuit: it provided more spectacular views, and allowed us to go up Torres earlier than when the mass of tourists arrives, which the people who go up on the first day don't have the privilege to do (we understand that the W-Circuit does that on the first day).
- The gift neck-warmer and dry-bag were very welcome! The only thing is that maybe the descriptions on the website should be updated (they mention a water bottle instead).
- In all refugios, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and every dinner was great. The packed lunches were of very high quality too, and kept us going without feeling hunger for the whole circuit.
- Our first night was on the 31st December, and we had an amazing feast in the first refugio. The staff did a great job with the food and drinks - we even had champagne!

What could be improved:
- We had a bad surprise at Los Perros: we discovered that our packed lunch should have been picked up the previous refugio, and so almost didn't have lunch on the longest day of the circuit ("almost" because the staff member found a pack of nuts and a piece of fruit for each of us - this was a favour, as there wasn't spare food to be given away). We received the packed lunch voucher for both lunches in the refugio before Los Perros, but it was not made clear to us that we should collect both lunches there too. A suggestion would be to make it abundantly clear in the previous refugio that we need to collect two lunches in the morning. This could be done with signs in the rooms and bar areas.
- The music in every refugio's bar / restaurant area was VERY loud and completely inappropriate for hiking: it was all Katy Perry-style American pop. It completely broke atmosphere of being in the mountains and in contact with nature. Vertice could learn from the refuges in the Tour du Mont Blanc, where there's usually no music at all.
- In half of the refuges the staff had parties that lasted well into the night. It kept us awake when we should be resting for next day's hike.

Howlanders did a perfect job of making all of our arrangements! Everyone was kind and helpful and all of our food and accommodations were excellent! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them!

The experience was excellent.  Everything was well organised so it all ran very smoothly.  Tents were comfortable and we were always warm.  Food was generally very good, though since we don't eat red meat the lunches were a bit monotonous.  Only thing I would add is to bring a sleeping sheet since they were not provided.

Overall it was a really great experience - the only issue was that if you have dietary restrictions, I'd highly recommend bringing supplemental snacks.

Overall very good experience. Recommend a few more details be provided to set expectations about the bus from Puerto Natales and transfer experience, making sure to emphasize the fact that the bus station is very busy with multiple buses leaving for Torres del Paine and other locations minutes apart, and more about the process of catching the transfer bus/shuttle after arriving at Laguna Amarga (perhaps showing more about that on the orientation video as well).

The most amazing trek ever! Fantastic service from Howlanders, who attended to my needs very promptly and professionally during the booking process.

Very simple and easy booking process with Howlanders. All the camping equipment was in good condition, and having all the food and accomodation organised made the trip very enjoyable. It is a stunning hike, would recommend.

Great trek especially the first 4 days which is quieter. Food excellent tents robust and comfortable. Stunning scenery and  views. 
Paine Grande very busy and check in painfully slow. Las Torres camps generally better than the Vertice ones. 
On final day bus booking was 8pm. Far later than necessary and was not given option to book on 3pm at any time so check carefully before you set off.

Highly recommend booking with Howlanders! There are so many details that they took care of: bus transfers, lodging, meals, plus the unexpected yet very appreciated welcome drinks! We had a big group that booked under a few reservations so it took a lot of back-and-forth communication with Howlanders, but in the end, the trip was fantastic.

By booking through Howlanders, everything was taken care of, from the transfers and entrance to the park through the camping and food.  We were impressed with the thoroughness and personnel of both Vertice (the supplier) and Howlanders.

We had an absolutely amazing time backpacking and camping through Patagonia. The Howlanders team made our trip feel easy and took a ton of the mental stress off of having to organize the trip itself. Dietary restrictions were almost always accurate (some refugios were better at vegan/vegetarian meals than others) but overall we were impressed with the variety, care, and service we received at all the campsites. If we had anything we'd want to change, we did the Torres hike around sunrise (recommended if you want to beat the crowds) and would have appreciated an option to take an earlier bus back to Puerto Natales. But other than that, everything went smoothly and I'd definitely recommend using Howlander's services to book the Patagonia circuit.

Evidentemente hay que ir porque torres del paine es una maravilla, pero la relación calidad precio de los camping es de lo peor. El problema no es que duermas en un camping con malos servicios, se asume porque forma parte de la experiencia, el problema está que pagas como si fueras a un hotel dec4 estrellas y comieras en un restaurante

Fantastic trek.  My group signed up for the tent + sleeping bags and meals version of the tour.  The experience and the views were spectacular and the walking was made easier by not having to carry tents, sleeping bags, food, and a stove. There were English speakers at each campsite, so it was not necessary to have a translator, but was nice on occasion (one of our party is fluent).  Overall a top-notch experience, just be prepared for the possibility of rain or snow, and the certainty of strong wind.

My trip was planned very last minute so I booked the package with everything included. Camping gear, all meals, park entrance, transportation to and from Puerto Natales, absolutely everything was included. It was quite expensive for all of this convenience and luxury, but it was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. It was an incredible experience, so much beauty, so many great friends and memories made. I highly recommend this trip and saving your spine and knees from carrying all your camping gear and food. The service, food and views were outstanding. Book it!! Thank you Howlanders for your outstanding service. 

The tour was absolutely breathtaking and wonderful! The untouched nature and wildlife of Patagonia and the beautiful mountains are unique and absolutely worth seeing! They also compensate a lot. It should be noted that everything is very simple, individual campsites are supplied only by horses and there is no infrastructure. Claims to the food should therefore be adapted accordingly, which is in my opinion ok. The service makes every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the quality decreases significantly in the W track. The sites, refugios and especially the sanitary facilities are partly completely overloaded and the hygienic conditions are accordingly. Also, meals are served in shifts and thus any emerging coziness or community is often disrupted. There is only in a few places of the O- or W-trek a network connection for the cell phone. Wi-Fi is not available at every refugio or campsite. If it is available, it is extremely expensive and the quality is miserable. Sometimes the connection often breaks down, also because of the weather conditions. However, the nature and landscape during the day compensates for the short stays at these places.
Lasting to highlight was the extremely poor, partly wrong information event one day before the start of the tour. On the one hand, the appearance of the contact person was presumptuous, almost impertinent and concrete questions were dismissed with reference to already said unspecific. Almost dangerous was the advice that you can drink from any river and stream and there fill up the 750 ml water bottle that you get from the organizer. This is certainly true at higher elevations, but it is from larger streams and rivers in the valley that one should be careful. One participant of the group had to break off in the middle of the tour. As it turned out afterwards, it was bacterial poisoning from the water. He had to be taken to the hospital and was given antibiotics. Accordingly, one should act carefully and instructions, including how to behave in this case, on it would have been expected. Also, just at the beginning of the hike then the 750 ml are not enough! I was glad that I had a total of 4 liters with me (and could protect me so). Same with already almost obvious tips to climb the last section to visit the Torres, were dismissed only with the hint to start running before 9 o'clock. It is well known that you can see a wonderful sunrise there, weather permitting. Surely the tip to start before 9 o'clock is useful because of the many day tourists, but not necessarily valuable and stand alone, as it was explicitly said. The reference to the lack of a network connection for the cell phone was completely missing. Everyone who books this tour should be aware that Howlanders saves you a lot of stress and organization. A lot of money can be saved, as long as you book everything yourself at the various campsites and bus companies or do without one or the other amenity. The communication was absolutely perfect. Therefore, for me gladly Howlanders again!

We were very happy with the organisation as a whole. We enjoyed the hike enormously. Friendly hosts., good information, excelent food and lunchboxes,well developed, beautiful campsodes. Only the layout of campsite Frances is difficult. Walking down and climbing up a steep hill to eat or go to the bathroom is quite a burdon after a hike from Grey an an extra walk to the Britanica lookout. But we made it andwashed the sourlegs away.
 A small continuation to my previous comment. I would rate the tour with a 9 and surely recommend it to friends. Top product. Marleen and Marc.

Unbelievable scenery and people - the refugios and food were fantastic and the hikes were brilliantly spaced. 

This was an amazing trip..the scenery and solitude on the 0 circuit is great..no headaches trying to book campsites, food etc...

It’s possible to arrange this trip by yourself, but having everything booked for you is much easier and less stressful, but certainly more expensive. Howlanders use a local company called Fantastico Sur who brief you and sort everything on the ground. I opted to not carry a tent or food for the O trek and was extremely happy with the tents or accommodation in refugios. The food overall was far better than expected. There are limited options in Los Perros for food-be sure to have enough for day 4 of your hike which is the longest and hardest day. The daily lunches are generous so don’t pack too much extra.
The O section is much quieter and more remote than the W. Days 2 and 4 on the O were definitely my highlight. I felt very lucky and privileged to be a part of such an experience.
Please be aware-the weather changes suddenly on the track. You need good rainwear, warm layers including warm hat and gloves, a sun hat, sun cream and well worn in hiking shoes. Trainers or crocs will not cut it. You also need to be pretty fit, the O is long and in parts technical.
WiFi is available everywhere except Dickson and Perros but is 10-15$ per hour.
You MUST get a PDI immigration paper when you arrive in Chile. I presumed a stamp would be sufficient but it wasn’t and I had to go to a police station in Puerto Natales to get a copy of one. The process was very straightforward but without the slip of paper-it’s an extra 19% at each site.
Also, do not depend on debit cards in Chile. Unless you pay in USD or have a credit card in certain accommodation-you will be charged 19% tax on top of the cost. 

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend the O.

It was a five Star Hike! Amazing Experience, tough but totally worth it. 
The organization of Howlanders was good overall, but could have been better. The packing list and all information should have been sent earlier. There was one camp with no catering, during the briefing they told us that catering is available there.

It was good. The only thing is the briefing was too late ( the night before) and not detailed enough. I advise that you send the information 1 week prior to give people a better chance to prepare.

Positive:
The organisation went smoothly & everything worked out in all camps & transportations. We had a great experience in the Torres Nationalpark with stunning views of glaciers & mountains. 
Rented Sleeping bags were warm & cozy. 

Negative:
The guy doing the briefing seemed not really to know what he was talking about, he gave us wrong information about food supply in one camp because he didn't know (where we could not get a full board what we were told 2 days before). We ended up with crackers & cookies which was ok, but there would have been alternatives if we would have known before. ;-)
The map was not always correct on distances. For example day 3 (Camp Dickson - Camp Los Perros) are 12km not 9km.

J’ai été ravis de mon trek avec le circuit 0 , l’organisation sur place au top, très bien mangé dans les refuges, j’ai vraiment pu déconnecter , je remercie toute l’équipe de Howlanders Team pour la bonne  gestion et la communication pendant ces deux années de Covid , avec mes meilleures salutations, Emmanuel.

Everything went smooth - from booking all the way to doing the hike. The refugios were nice, the food was good and I felt like I was looked after well!

Overall, the tour is satisfactory.  Logistic such as transport, accomodation and porter was very good.  The company should assign the staff who can provide accurate information on the travel conditions. There was an important discrepency on how the porter works with the client, berween her oral explanation at the time of payment and the written explanation received later. This discrepancy has not caused any  problem on the ground as the trail was easy to follow  and not dangerous.  On this, it was very useful that I could talk with the Director who actually walked the trail. I recommend that the company let the sales persons havz real expeiences in walking the trekking course which she or he sell et to the clients.Last not least, the porter was excellent. I was impressed how he handled the problem caused by his injury during the trekkin. He swiftly contacted the company and asked flexibly the support of his friends, so that his injury did not cause any inconvenience to his clients. His name is Juan Fuentes. He also speaks English and French. He could be a good guide, too.

Booking the O-trek seemed like a confusing process, going through Howlanders took the stress out of this for us. The trek itself was amazing and the accommodation, meals and refugios were better than expected. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re going to take the trip to Patagonia then it’s well worth making the effort to travel the full O circuit in Torres Del Paine. See the wildest and most unspoilt views this stunning park has to offer and enjoy the relative peace and solitude on the part of the trail that goes in one direction with small numbers of travellers starting each day. Be physically prepared - there is at least one day that is particularly gruelling and not for the faint hearted and there’s no going back once you start.
Packing advice could have been better - you’ll need deet and a preferably a net to fend off clouds of the world’s most vicious and determined mosquitoes and at least one walking pole would be invaluable. It would also be helpful to know that the box lunches get smaller as you get further from civilisation so that you know to stock-pile food for the most challenging day when it’s in short supply. 
As an experience this is unmissable. Definitely one for the bucket list.

I loved the Torres del Paine Circuit which was perfectly organised - 8 days of beautiful nature, temperamental weather and wonderful people flew by way too fast. In terms of organisation, I did not encounter any problems (even though it could be mentioned upfront that the John Gardner pass can be closed due to snow in spring before the final briefing at the agency). However, I found myself being the only one on the O Trek having opted for the full package with food and accommodation provided. It seems this option is a lot more popular on the W trek, whereas the "real O trekkers" carried all their camping gear (I could have felt left out but made friends along the way!). 
All in all, the trip booked was a lot more expensive than if you book the camps by yourself, however given it worked all smoothly, I am happy to pay the money.

Our tour was set up quickly and was complete. We didn't have a guide but information delivered pre-trek was complete. A bit of flexibility with return transportation would have been nice as we had to hang around a few hours to catch our return bus to Puerto Natales. I feel we got a fair return for the cost.

It was well organized. All the refúgios and camping were very welcoming and comfortable. The food was surprisingly good in most places incluidng the box lunch. 
There was only a minor failure in communication with the local companies so that I could get a welcome drink, I didn't get it in 2 out of 7 refúgios. I understand this was complementary but I got it in most places except for two.
In general everything was great. I had great support in booking it and the experience was wonderful.

The trek was really good, we did it without a guide so we did it at our own pace and meet really amazing people during the journey. Such a great experience!

	Expérience inoubliable très recommandable pour les amants du rando. Les paysages qu'on trouve au cours du parcours sont vraiment incroyables, encore plus de ce qu'on avais imagine. Nous sommes très heureuses d'avoir réussie a cet défi ! Chez Howlanders nous avons eu quelques conseils pour la préparation de notre séjour qui ont était finalement très utiles. Si bien le parcours c'est assez difficile, et la météo n’était pas au top (pensez bien a vos manteaux !) , l'endroit et l'ambiance c'est tellement unique qu'on oublie la reste. A une prochaine fois sans doute!

La primera parte del tour es la zona más aislada, virgen y la que más me ha gustado, con menos gente. La verdad es que me ha encantado, no tengo nada más que decir.

This trek is a challenge for all travelers! I traveled with friends and we had a great experience, exploring all Torres del Paine places and taking lots of photos.  Moreover, Howlanders sent us a pdf where we could see the itinerary of the circuit, so we just pinted it and had it with us.

Parfait ! J'ai voyagé avec mon mari et deux enfants, nous avons donc ajouté le guide bilingue pour nous aider pendant le circuit. C'est un peu difficile pour les enfants, mais ils ont beaucoup apprécié et le guide nous a aidés à prendre des photos et à donner des conseils pour ne rien manquer. Merci également à Howlanders, qui nous a aidé à choisir le circuit et nous a recommandé de prendre un guide, ce qui était le bon choix ! Nous voyagerons à nouveau avec Howlanders !

aunque es un tour muy duro debido a los días de trek solo por todos los paisajes que descubres merece la pena el esfuerzo, el coste y todo el viaje. Una aventura para repetir, te sientes como si solo existieras tu en  medio de toda la naturaleza, sobre todo en las zonas dedicadas totalmente al trek de la O. He valorado con un 5 el guía porque soy yo misma jajajajja Tiene un recorrido muy fácil de seguir y no hay necesidad de contratar guía. Ojalá volver por la Patagonia en unos años, muchas gracias por todo :)))
